The "Hautes Fagnes" - Eifel, north-east of the Ardennes, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful regions of Belgium. Located in the east of the country, it is part of the cross-border German-Belgian Natural Park.

This area is rich and varied, with forests, valleys, rivers, meadows, hedgerows, rivers, cliffs, bogs, lakes and picturesque villages. Pleasure abounds for every walker and cyclist! Anglers and kayakers will also find a wealth of lovely spots perfectly suited to their purposes.

Because this area is the highest part of Belgium, it is also an area ideal for winter sports as there is a high chance of snow during the winter season. So, you can indulge in all manner of winter sports like downhill skiing, Nordic skiing or walking through the pristine snowy landscape before warming up in front of the fireplace in our cozy hotel in the evening.

Besides taking in the scenery and the natural beauty of the surrounding area, you can also visit the towns nearby. Liege, Aachen, Spa (home of the famous Formula 1 racetrack) and Malmedy are just a stone's throw from our hotel.
